Why, well reason one - the company is offering a chance for Red Sox tickets if you let them look at your house. No need to agree to sell, just look.
Reason two - Rumors that Wonderland Race Track is trying to become a casino.
Reason three - The complex on the beach is so desperate for tenants that they are offering free utilities, and wifi for a year. Rent would be less than my mortgage, I could save some money. Yes pets are allowed. Not sure if my zoo would be okay.
And, it's just an exploration, only an exploration.
