I know they are just the service company and not the holder of my mortgage, not the company that I did the paper work with or anything else. But I love them anyway. They just called me to check and see if I had received the Fed Ex they had sent me about the new loan modification.
They have given me a lower rate, and wanted to confirm I had received the paper work. So here is my shout out to Specialized Loan Servicing . Guys your so good to me.
