Well just had a fire alarm go off on 8th floor Headed outside with B his training will not allow me to stay indoors no matter how bad I feel
Just went to the grocery store About half way through the store I wanted to puke not sure why I feel a little bit better now not a lot sum
Watching the football game then just put myself behind a book for the rest of the night.
