Took Byron for a long walk before I took my am medications joints hurt today Hoping I feel better in a bit have stuff to do bills to pay
Need to take a rest break. Was feeling stiff and a bit sore this morning Slowly getting worse Now pain level is high & getting worse!
OMG! Just stood up to get something to drink and suddenly the horrid stabbing pain in my left foot Sat back down with tears in my eyes
Still having trouble putting weight on my foot Don't know what I did to it but it hurts like hell I hope Byron does not need to go out
